UNICO Petroleum management recognizes the importance of Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental protection (QHSSE) and accepts its obligation without exception.

Health, Safety, Security and Environmental protection are primary issues and all measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees are paramount concern to us.

UNICO Petroleum was awarded the certificate of approval for the “Quality Management System” according to ISO 9001:2008, by “Qualitas International Certification Ltd. UK“.

UNICO Petroleum was awarded the certificate of approval for the “Environmental Management System” according to ISO 14001:2004, by “Qualitas International Certification Ltd. UK“.

UNICO Petroleum was awarded the certificate of approval for the “Occupational Health and Safety Management System” according to OHSAS 18001, by “Qualitas International Certification Ltd. UK“.

UNICO Petroleum believes that safe and health working conditions are the most critical concern to all personnel involved in the execution of a project. Therefore, prior to the project commencement, a Health and Safety plan is developed specific to that project, which includes client's site safety rules and conforms to all international health and safety standard requirements.

It is UNICO Petroleum responsibility to carry out the work safely in a manner to eliminate hazards and to prevent the risk of death or injury to any of its own personnel, to client's personnel and to other parties, therefore, for each project, the Project Manager is responsible to ensure safety standards and procedures that the execution team is complying with.

Each employee has a duty, to be committed to the objectives of company HSSE policy and to report any hazards or situations which could lead to any accidents.
